What TraceReady provides

TraceReady cleans and validates messy farm CSV, KML, GeoJSON, and JSON GeoJSON files for coffee and cocoa teams preparing EUDR due-diligence packs. Outputs may include cleaned CSV, geolocation GeoJSON, issue logs, checklists, buyer summaries, and readiness reports.

TraceReady is operated by Passive Print Labs LLC. Stripe checkout is labeled as TraceReady while payment operations, tax records, and support stay under Passive Print Labs LLC.

No legal certification

TraceReady is an operational cleanup and validation tool. It is not legal advice, customs advice, certification, audit assurance, or a guarantee that a shipment satisfies EUDR or buyer requirements. Operators, traders, importers, and exporters remain responsible for final due diligence decisions.

Paid cleanup

A cleanup pass covers one submitted source file or one clearly related shipment pack. The 24-hour turnaround starts after scope confirmation, payment, receipt of the usable source file, and any essential order context. Do not pay or send raw farm coordinates before scope confirmation. Use Stripe only after TraceReady confirms the file is in launch scope. If the file is outside the launch scope, we may request clarification, propose a custom quote, or decline the order before work begins.

The 5-file pilot covers up to five supplier files submitted together for batch cleanup review and cleanup. The pilot is fulfilled manually after scope confirmation, payment, receipt of usable source files, and any buyer-specific requirements needed to prepare the returned pack.

1. Confirm launch scope before payment.
2. Buy cleanup in Stripe only after TraceReady confirms the file is in launch scope.
3. Use the order intake checklist after scope confirmation. Email the source file, receipt email, commodity, source country, deadline, and buyer requirements.
4. Receive the cleaned ZIP pack within 24 hours after scope confirmation, payment, and usable file receipt.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate farm, supplier, commodity, lot, and location data; reviewing the returned outputs; and deciding whether additional field verification, supplier documentation, deforestation checks, or legal review is required.
